Your data, deleted when you say so
You never have to email anyone to get your data out of Postrooster. Both routes below take effect immediately, and platform-initiated requests are honoured automatically.
Delete it yourself
- Disconnect an account (Settings → Accounts): its access keys are deleted on the spot, and where the platform offers it we also ask the platform to withdraw our access. The account name and picture stay stored with your post history until you delete your Postrooster account, or earlier if you email us.
- Delete your Postrooster account (Settings → Profile, danger zone): every post, file, connection and key is wiped permanently.
Removed Postrooster on the platform itself?
If you removed Postrooster from your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, the platform notifies us automatically and the stored access keys for that connection are deleted or revoked on our side, no action needed from you.
Rather ask us?
Email info@postrooster.com from the address on your account and we delete your data within 30 days, usually much sooner.
